This is an example of documentation generated by ZigDoc, an alternative to Zig's built-in Auto Doc feature. See also examples in other modes/formats. The project being documented here (as the example) is the Zig standard library. Public Function

findLastLinear

Public Function
std.mem.findLastLinear
pub fn findLastLinear(comptime T: type, haystack: []const T, needle: []const T) ?usize

Find the index in a slice of a sub-slice, searching from the end backwards. To start looking at a different index, slice the haystack first. Consider using lastIndexOf instead of this, which will automatically use a more sophisticated algorithm on larger inputs.

Params

  • T: type
  • haystack: []const T
  • needle: []const T
